So i used to read when i was younger but stopped about a decade ago because of how busy i was. I recently decided to get back into it and was given lots of books by my uncle for me to read. Can you guys recommend which one of these i should read first, i will eventually get round to reading them all

Blake Crouch did an AMA here in /r/books [you might want to take a look](https://www.reddit.com/r/books/comments/gab306/im_blake_crouch_author_of_many_bestselling_books/) 🙂 . [Here’s a full list of our upcoming AMAs](http://www.reddit.com/r/books/wiki/amafullschedule)

I would honestly consider Sophies World the floor model for everything a book could possibly be. It’s half-price, god dammit, plus you don’t have to assemble it out of the box. Everything is already there. And then you lug the damn oven home and found out some kid shit inside it and ran a cleaning cycle that ended up permanently infusing the shit to every inch of the inner walls. NO REFUNDS.
I will say first that I could not get through Piranesi. It was just waaaayy too out there, and I didn’t like it at all. I loved Dark Matter. It’s different, but exciting and intense!
Sophie’s World is outstanding, but also very different, complicated, and requires a stiff investment and involvement of brain power. I mostly read before bed, so this is not my choice, but it’s an incredible book.
