Book series recommendations! Please!!

What I’m looking for;
A decent amount of characters you grow to love/hate and actually see develop.
Multi book series. I really don’t l like stand alones.
Different relationship dynamics- bickering to love, true love, forbidden love, fated mates, enemy to lover, best friends to lovers…. I want to experience them all!
Set in an older time/fantasy world or after apocalypse type… I basically hate technology and love the living off the land/ no electricity eras.., if that makes sense…
New adult/ adult themed
Magic always welcomed. Love fantasy. Not so huge on sci-fi
