This is a pretty specific request, but do you have any recommendations for fictional stories where the main character(s) have a relationship similar to Keen and Reddington? What I mean by this is where the child gets separated from their parent from an early age, not knowing what happened to them, only to be reconnected with them as an adult?
I’m not really looking for adopted children who go out searching for their birth parents but rather their parents looking for them or the two of them happening to cross paths.
I’d prefer if their reunion was mostly positive, though it can be complicated too. I’m okay with Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Historical Fiction, Classics, Drama etc. Just please no Romance novels or books geared towards younger YA audiences. (If it’s YA on a level similar to The Hunger Games, that’s fine).
