I am looking for a book regarding the WW2 battle of the bulge, but with perspectives surrounding it: the arrival of the new german weapons (tiger 2 tank, jet planes, V1); the control of necessary resources to the german war machine by the advancing russian army (oil, aluminum); allies bombing of german factories that impacted the construction of these new weapons, and then the obvious tactics of the battle itself.
