For my current seminar paper I’m looking for books that depict an intense mother-son-relationship. The books can be from any time period, classics are more than welcome, and so are plays! Doesn’t matter if the realtionship is positive or negative or what age the characters have.

For a more serious suggestion I Am Not a Serial Killer by Dan Wells, not the main plot but an important part of the book. Might not be the best suggestion but it’s the only thing that comes to mind.
