I placed a hold on this book a couple of months back, when I wasn’t super pregnant and the thought of reading about torturers didn’t bother me. Now that I have the book checked out from the library, I am having doubts if I should start it at all or just return it and avoid crying over the plight of characters getting tortuted. Can anyone who has read the series comment on how graphic and disturbing any torture scenes in the book are?
