Hello! I was wondering if there are any books around helping a significant other who has low self esteem issues around their appearance which I could read? I never know what to say other than telling her she’s beautiful and trying to logically explain why she’s attractive, but often times she just ignores it because she thinks I’m just trying to be nice. I’d really like to read some books about things to say in order to help her. Thank you!
