Best Kristin Hannah book to start with?

Pretty much just the title. I’m up next in our office book club, and I like to pick titles in genres I don’t normally find time for. There are several historical fiction fans in the group, so I think they would enjoy any of the recent Hannah books (The Nightingale, The Four Winds, The Great Alone, The Women).

But which one should I pick for a good intro to her writing? TIA
