Hi I read a book a long time ago but cannot find it or the title, I’m hoping someone will know.
It’s about a woman who lived with her sister and had just done ivf to be a surrogate for her sister. Soon after this the older sister dies so to have a break as she is grieving the MC goes to another state for to get away for a while. When she gets there she realises she’s in the same town that the daughter she gave up for adoption around 10 years ago lives and gets to know the adopted parents and their friends. She gets very close and romantic with one of the adopted fathers friends. She soon discovers that the ivf worked and she is pregnant with her sisters baby that she plans to now raise and take care of as her own whilst she also starting to get to know her adopted daughter.
I think that the adopted daughters step mum was called Michelle, that’s all I remember name wise😅
