Looking for 2 suggestions for book club. (We have to vote for one of two.)

Ideally, the book needs to be available at a library without a year long waiting list. Prefer \*not\* suggestions from Oprah or Reese. Maybe something not super well known?
We are a group of 55+ year olds, not quite seniors yet.

We have been together for years. We have already read a lot, but great discussions were about books such as…

    Cutting for Stone

A Tale for the Time Being

    The Signature of All Things

    Visit from the Goon Squad

    The Goldfinch (I hated that)

    A Gentleman in Moscow

    suggestions appreciated!
