I was so eager to read the last book of defy the night series by Birgid Kemmerer and now that I have finally read it, I don’t know what to do with my life.
I went through stages of sadness and I GRINNED SO HARD DURING THE LAST CHAPTERS. omg she didn’t have to do that, that was like playing with my feelings. I loved the character development. It was so sutble and cute and heartwarming. I would have loved to see more of Loclan and Karri tho. I loved how everyone got their happy ending bcz even if I’m a sucker for messed up and tragic ending, I genuinely wanted everyone to just live a normal happy life. And I just loved story of Thorin-Alice and Erik-Olive. Idk, they both deserve the world. I just love Brigid’s work. I have read everything she’s published so far and I kee wanting more.
