    So pretty much, I have OCD, years ago I thought it might be ADHD before I got tested. Looking to spend more time reading books, and make that a habit. Less time online reading \*about\* books etc, also even if you don’t have OCD but have other anxiety or things like ADHD, or you can relate for any reason, chime in, thanks!

    I find it can be tough to sit down and read books, even though the interest is there. I can spend hours and days on the net doing entertainment research, I have a list of hundreds or 1000+ books, movies, comics, music groups etc I want to try. I guess as someone with OCD finding out about and hunting down this stuff and just putting on a list so it’s there, I do that more than actually sitting down and digging into the stuff. Reading books especially, I’d like to read more.

    Anyone else have experiences with these things, and have any luck getting off the net more and onto reading books more often etc? This could apply to building other good habits, but figured I’d start with reading, and spending less time researching titles when I have so many already etc.
