Every time I look up books on building resilience path-finding or general self-discipline/motivation, I generally see books by people who’ve had really hard lives. Really had to fight for what they got. Your David Goggins and whatnot.
And like… that’s awesome they did all that, and the message is very inspiring. “If they can do it, so can you!!!”
But… mostly those books just make me feel bad about myself. I’ve had a pretty average life, I’m just prone to drifting and distraction.
So book recs for people like me who’ve had it comparatively easy, what books would people here recommend?
