I loved The Secret Barrister and This is going to hurt (Adam Kaye) because it opened a window into the CJS/NHS. Is there anything else that gives you an insight into a profession or something that the general public doesn’t tend to see?

Ideally UK specific for obvious reasons.

(Also really enjoyed bad blood on the Theranos fraud case, if there’s any investigation/fraud books that you have as suggestions I would love to read those also)

All That Remains by Sue Black was an interesting one! She’s a forensic anthropologist who talks about her work looking at human remains. It’s got its darker moments, but it’s possibly not as dark or heavy as it might sound.
