religious or nonreligious? there’s a book called every man’s battle that I read as a teenager, but it’s very Christian. other than that I don’t remember hardly anything about it, so I can’t say for sure whether or not it’s a good resource.
as far as general resources, I recommend following @ fightthenewdrug on instagram or listening to their podcast called “consider before consuming.” non-religious, non-shaming. pretty good stuff
