Im looking for science fiction or fantasy books, but most of what’s rated good seems to always be series. Which I can enjoy, but as much as I often like and understand that the journey is as important as the destination, starting these series often feels like starting a marathon, and sometimes it’s nice to read a book and know that at the end of it the story and adventure is finished, I’ll have the answers and I can have “closure” and move on to a new one. Maybe some classics? Grateful for any tip, thanks!
