I’m kidding of courses, these authors are putting out books with a speed that boggles my mind. Seriously, I don’t know how they’re writing those so fast but having just found them all I hope they can keep it up. But that is my greedy nature.. I should be eternally grateful for the massive volume of wonderful laughs I’ve already been given
But I still read (ok listen for all anyone who cares, or for cases where that is actually pertinent info) em faster than they write em and so I’ve come to ask what you all suggest.
Besides my new wave of LitRPG funnies like Dungeon Crawler Carl
BuyMort
Bobiverse
I’ve also loved the work of
John ScalzI (redshirt just the tip of that iceburg)
Rob Reid (Year One) bonus- best narration possible
Larry Correa (Tom Stranger may not be everyone’s cup of tea, it can be downright laughable…in a bad way, at times… BUT a lot of comedy walks this line and I enjoyed these books.)
Those names above are ones that I would recommend to anyone who enjoyed the first three mentione
Niel Gaiman
Simon Rich – just pure comedy. Can’t stress how funny this guy is..
Christopher Moore
David Sedaris
Tim Dorsey (R.I.P.) – a new book for his series every year for Well over a decade… what a champ
Douglas Adams- I can listen to this guy review Apple gadgets from the 90s and be entertained
