A little weird but yes. I have noticed for a long time how by breathing differently it has different effects on your body. Like how when u take deep breathe to calm yourself down or like breathing out when u lift weight to generate more power, etc. or the special Wim Hoff breathing method that makes your body heat up and immune to cold. I find it quite fascinating and we love to read a book that documents the different type of breathing techniques and how each of them can help you.
