I love books that are very strange with beautiful illustrations. The more surreal, the better. I don’t mind books with a lot of words, and I don’t mind if there are few words, if any. I just like the dreamlike feeling these books instill in me, and I’d love to add a few more to my collection. I seriously cannot get enough and I’ve read these over and over again lol.
Illustrations are preferred, but not necessary. If the book has a dreamlike/surreal/liminal feel to it, I don’t mind if there are no pictures. However, I would rather have more fake encyclopedia books in my library.
