In this book, frowns are furrowed and eyebrows are raised, the author or translator has found no other way to describe the gestures of anger and surprise. The act of “raising an eyebrow” is repeated up to three times on the same page.
Stupid details aside, this book, or the whole series, should have a very big sticker saying “YOUNG ADULT READERS”. That would save you the pain in the ass that is reading such a boring and simple prose.
I’ll finish the trilogy, so as not to leave it unfinished, but come on, this doesn’t pass a minimum quality cut.
