I read it when I was younger and can never seem to find it, there where two books in the series and it was a sword art online type of idea, the character can log in and feel pain but still leave, in this fantasy world the main character ends up become a necromancer of sorts and takes over a city by using a horde of exploding zombies, he could create bone creatures and mold the bones more easily as he grew more powerful, that’s all I really remember and the covers where red and green themed, if anyone knows or has read something like this please tell me and thank you
