Hey all, bit of an odd request but I’m open to a range of suggestions!
Something I’m noticing about myself is that I shy away from indulgent/pleasure-seeking behaviour in life. It almost feels shameful/excessive/gratuitous?
I know that we only get this one life, and it’s meant to be lived to its fullest. I’d like to open my mind to another perspective that’s more focused on indulging the self, gratifying, etc.

They’re a bit old but could still be interesting.
