Hello! Lately, I’ve been pondering a lot about time travel and its consequences. I’ve read some novels that explore this theme, but I’ve been thinking a lot about a particular scenario:

What if a previously insignificant state gains the technology to travel through time and space, and this state chooses to take over the world with the ultimate goal of making it better and more harmonious? How would they proceed? Would threats be enough, considering they could appear and eliminate any leaders at will? Would they attempt a traditional war, given that they could remove any threats in the military before they materialize? How does one recruit the “agents” who will travel through time, and how do you train them?

What if the perspective instead is from NATO, defending itself from this? A small state aspiring for global domination with the ability to travel through time and space.

Recently, I read RR.Haywood’s Extracted trilogy, which delves into this theme to some extent. Have anyone got tips for good timetravel books to read?

    1. There is a great graphic novel that delves into this: Pax Romana by Jonathon Hickman.

The first 15 Lives of Harry August by Claire North is a good book too with a type of time travel
