I read Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson and loved it, except for (in my opinion) the poorly written female characters.
Recommend me a book like that, but with female characters that either were written by a woman or someone who actually understands them.
Thanks (:

My Goodreads review for context:
My god can this dude write a book, except maybe when he can’t. Most aspects of the writing are spot on, and sometimes they could do with some work. Female perspectives and experiences in this book are kind of whack. I think the over exaggerated stereotypes of cultures/races could be more fleshed out (idk what Stephenson was thinking here, but to me it seems like an interesting case to discuss the possibility of cultures diverging so much from each other they start to resemble echo chambers/recursive algorithms). Loved all the plot lines weaving in and out, and creating a thought provoking, well thought out book.
