I’m (36m) and recently noticed a book about a midlife crisis and since then I’ve been thinking about the topic since I’ve had some big changes in my life (most not very positive/health related) in recent years. Most changes were out of my control and I’m also always wondering if I should change course in general in my life (ie career, hobbies, relationships etc) in certain areas but it’s always helpful to hear from others making it through tough times, still looking positively at the years we have left. It’s a pretty general ask and I’m open to any and all suggestions since I’m just feeling this broad topic right now, but I’m interested to see if y’all have any book suggestions for someone around my age group going though a midlife type crisis with any advice or guidance, or even just someone venting in a book as a helpful way to others going through it? I am more interested in a non fiction book here but if you know of fiction that might be compelling I’m open to it.
Look forward to any thoughts or suggestions!
