I like mystery books, but it seems like they all have a murder as a core part of the mystery. What are the books where the mystery is some other crime or issue?
(I don’t mind if there is murder in the book, as long as it’s not the main mystery)

The Raw Shark Texts by Steven Hall spans multiple genres and certainly isn’t your traditional mystery. But the main mystery and driving force of the book is basically “what happened to me?”
It’s also my favorite book.
