The Devil All the Time by Donald Ray Pollock is one of my favorite books. It’s grittily atmospheric. I was listening to this song today and was immediately brought back to the book and made me love the song that much more. Felt like it really matched the vibes I felt when reading it. So now I am curious are there any songs that you listen to that remind you of a particular book?

Thieves in the Night by BlackStar — The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison.
It’s a very, very, direct reference, but one of the most moving passages in any book I’ve ever read.
