I’ve read a couple of Le Carre’s books and seen a lot of the film/tv adaptations and I’ve never been disappointed. But I’m aware there are loads of his books I’ve yet to read so I wanted to hear your opinions on which you consider to be his best, to see if I’m missing out.
On a side note (if this is allowed) which writers would you recommend I read if I want to read something similar to Le Carre?

The spy who came in from the cold. One of my all time favorite spy novels ever
My favorite is Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy. As for a comparable author, no one springs to mind.
The Little Drummer Girl, The Constant Gardener, and A Perfect Spy.
This is nonfiction but I really liked A Spy Among Friends by Ben Macintyre.
