I’ve been thinking on buying atleast one of her books at the moment but i’m completely puzzled on which to buy because a friend recommended me to try both but he mostly tried to convince me to lean more to All the lovers than heaven
his reason was that he find that heaven as much as how solid it was, the ending did fall short and kinda left an empty feeling like unsatisfied and choosed All the lovers because he has this soft place when it comes to mellow paced books
The thing is i’m interested in both but like Heaven first of all has a guy as a protagonist and i fear that as a guy, i might not resonate to all the lovers as much if i were to be a girl. Second based on his opinion, All the lovers has such a great ending compare to heaven, i am a great fan of satisfying endings but im still divided if wether All the lovers would be too slowpaced that it may turn it into a lowk boring one just on my perspective (i love slowpaced stuff like wong kar wai films or murakami but i’m not really familiar with any of her works other than just what feedbacks i’ve been hearing which is all are great)
Mayb just which is better (i excluded breast and eggs because i’m already bold to assume it’s the best thing she really has to offer)
