I’m currently reading Haunting Adeline and I’d like to read something along a similar line, but the story of a serial killer discovering their passion for the first time. The more intense the better. Think of the film Excision directly from the girls point of view. Any recommendations spring to mind?

Not a serial killer, but I would suggest crime and punishment tbh. It’s about a man who decides that the noble thing to do would be to kill a predatory landlord.
