I’m 23 and have just started reading for fun for the first time since I was about 16. I have likely undiagnosed ADHD so concentrating is hard for me, although I have an assessment coming up soon, yay! I just read The Silent Patient in one weekend because it was so easy to read and I’m now reading The Alchemist, which I’m enjoying a lot as well although it’s less of a page turner. I’ve heard Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Universe is a good one. I’m fine with YA novels and coming of age novels used to be some of my favorites. I’m really interested in thrillers, mystery, fantasy, and maybe some romance but not as the main plot. LGBTQ+ is a plus as well. I got The Fellowship of the Rings recently as I liked the Lord of the Rings movies a lot as a kid but haven’t started it.
Any recommendations?
