So basically, I don’t remember a single thing about the plot, and I also don’t recall the site where I read it. I can’t recall details about the main characters (ml and fl), but I do remember the second couple of the story. The second couple consists of the ml’s sister and the ml’s best friend. They fell in love, but when he discovered his cancer, he broke up with her without revealing the reason. She later found out and supported him until he cured his cancer. After their marriage, he learned that his cancer returned and was incurable. Despite being pregnant, he passed away, leaving his wife depressed. The ml stood by her, affecting his own married life. He started neglecting the fl, citing his sister’s grief, and spent most of his time with her and her son. Claiming his nephew saw him as a father figure, he distanced himself from the fl. Even when at home, he prioritized his time with his child, neglecting the fl. Later, when his sister emerged from her depression and began caring for her child, she noticed strain in her brother’s marriage. Pointing out his mistake, she helped him reconnect with the fl.
