Could be fantasy or any other genre but I am basically looking for books that have the best prophecies about characters, doesn’t matter if they are fulfilled or not, and best twists and turns along the way, good character development, high stakes of main characters and also foreshadowing that would be rewarded during rereads and also all of these coming together in a grand way in the end which leaves us with satisfaction.

This is from the series *The Sercrets of Immortal Nicholas Flamel*. It’s about a pair of twins who whose powers awaken. As per the prophecy, one has the power to save the world, the other to destroy it. It’s a shame these books don’t have a huge readership. It would look great on the big screen 🙁
It’s quite similar to Percy Jackson, in terms of age appropriateness and having mythical gods/creatures as characters. The series isn’t free from plot holes at certain places, so try to keep an open mind. But it’s very fun. The pages flew by for me 🙂
Maybe check out The Wheel of Time its all about repeating prophesies and reincarnation. The idea of time being a wheel and it always coming back around. It’s a huge series with 14 books (and a prequel) but so we’ll planned out it’s insane. After finishing it I went back to the first book and could find many things in books 7 and 8 already being foreshadowed. I believe it’s said he has like 2000 named characters. One of my all time favorites.
