I love the Jack Ryan series. Whe I’m still picking my way through that series I need a break.
Any suggestions on books that have the Clancy realism with bio terror or post apocalyptic twist to it?
Like Resident Evil and the Ryanverse had a baby without the zombies. More The Division less horror.

How about you try lesser known Clancy like “Net Force” series. It was just revived but you should read the original from the late 80s I think? It is super cheesy but I thought it was fun to read. The newer ones are much more in line with how tech works now.
Patrick Robinson has a series like clancy centered around the navy
