I really want to read books with magic schools, something I haven’t yet read, my only request is a male-lead, not a female lead. Do you guys have any suggestions? Maybe not even a magic school, just a place where MC goes to train a skill, that’s sort of like school? Can be a warrior academy, even.
For context, I have read Harry Potter, I tried reading this one series by an american author, where it’s a magical collage? (They made a tv show out of it, too. MC did a magic card trick). I didn’t like it.
I loved Name of the Wind. Still waiting for book 3.
I’ve also read Ben Aaronovich’s series. Don’t quite think it counts as a magic school though.
