I realize the vast majority of my reads are either bitterly depressing or a horror novel, so I’m looking to change things up with something that goes the other way after coming off what was an excruciatingly heartbreaking novel for me. Anything that’s just pure fun, uplifting or comedic. Fiction or non-fiction, and any length is fine as well though I think I’m feeling something a bit on the shorter side at the moment.

The Thursday Murder Club series! Book 4 is sad, but for the most part it’s a very light, fun, and humorous series.
