I have a good amount of books that I haven’t read. Some of them I will most definitely read, but some I bought because I was interested in a thing at a time, but have lost that interest. Sometimes I’ll drop them in a LFL, or donate them to a local secondhand bookstore. But, I’d like to be able to just, trade some for others. Does this exist anywhere?

Don’t see why there would be a unique service for “TBR” books… You basically have the same options available as any other used book.
Go on vacation? Not kidding, pretty much everywhere I’ve been where people don’t speak English is going to have a book swap for English language books, whether at your hotel or even in a restaurant.
Isn’t this basically what you can use LFLs for? Donate a book, take another book?
I guess you’re supposed to return any books after you’re done, but as long as you’re donating along with taking, I don’t think anyone would get too upset.

Check local used bookstores. One near me has a trade in counter- you bring in books in good condition and they can choose to buy them off you for cash or store credit
