I’m a teen trying to start a small book club between just my friends. I’m really the only one interested in reading in my friend group,so I’m trying to ignite an interest in reading in them. How do you guys recommend I approach this topic? How can I invite people? How can I make this fun? How can I make sure people don’t quit? I feel like I must add that this is all going to be on Discord, either on voice calls or just channels, but we won’t have physical meetings. Will this make things easier? I would really appreciate the help.

You’re not going to have a successful book club with people who don’t want to read in the first place. I’d put that energy into just finding people who do like reading to befriend.
