My last few reads have been a little slow but wow, this book reinvigorated me. I blazed through it in about three days because I couldn’t put it down. I often read literary classics that can sometimes be a slog. This book was different. It felt well-written and realistic and I was actually learning about Boston’s history but it was also just a thrilling page turner. Any other historical fiction or gritty thrillers or really any book you couldn’t put down that you recommend? Need to keep this streak going.
