Right now I’m 18 and I just feel like where I live has to actually be one of the worst places you could grow up in besides being in a active war . I mean it is so boring here that when a McDonald’s opened up there was a massive line. There is nothing but farm land and just copy paste neighborhood with a few stores that are open no later than 9pm. So I’m at a stage where it feels like I’m watching everyone else live a more fun life going on vacations doing things I haven’t done and I can’t do anything I want. Does anyone have any good suggestions?

I’m not entirely sure what you are seeking here, but for some reason, On the Road by Kerouac came to mind.
18 is young, don’t worry about what others are doing. The race is long and in the end it is only against yourself.
