I use Libby but only occasionally because my local library and consortium just doesn’t have enough copies for a reasonable wait (i.e. more than six months). That and my book club needs to pick less popular books 🙂
What other places can I add to Libby? Let’s say for less than about $50 per year as a non resident. I’m in the US but not in New York, which I think has options from NYPL and Brooklyn. I checked all of the public libraries in my state already. One large city is $80 per year, not totally unreasonable and probably what I should do. Checking this collective knowledge first!
