I read “Psalm for the Wild-Built” and “A Prayer for the Crown-Shy” a few months ago, and I’ve been chasing the calm, relaxing feeling those books had. If you could list as many books as you can that give off that same feeling, that would be much appreciated! 🙂

Legends and Lattes is a good warm and cozy fantasy.

House on the Cerulean Sea is described as being wrapped in a warm gay blanket. Really any of TJ Klunes books, but especially this one.

The Wayward Children series is not quite as calming, but I read it around the same time because they are novellas and very enjoyable.

I’m currently reading Light from Uncommon stars which I am really enjoying, but it does touch on some more intense themes.

The things all of these have in common for me: LGBTQ found family themes. I love them and they make me feel warm no matter the rest of the story backdrop.
