Hello. I’ve been having trouble falling asleep. I don’t want to read a few chapters of a long book because I tend to get invested and ruin my sleep and work next day because I end up reading till late and even during work hours. So I wanted to know if there are any short story collections which might help me wind down. Similar books would be The Little Prince. Novels with a similar tone are A Gentleman in Moscow, Harry Potter (first 3 parts), A monster calls (it’s sad but relatable), The Stormlight archives, Kingkiller chronicles. Short story collections by Ted Chiang are quite interesting but they leave me kinda sad, so they’re not what I’m looking for, in context of bedtime. I’ve also read Phantom toll booth. I found it okay, maybe because I read it only as an adult.
