Strangers to Ourselves by Rachel Aviiv, The best minds by Jonathan Rosen and The center cannot hold by Elyn Saks touched me deeply. I now cannot read on any other topic other than mental health. I have taken to reading academic articles from Freida Fromm Reichmann on loneliness, and the philosophy of mental illness and I want more.
Any suggestions?
I am open for technical books on psychoanalysis in general, or stories of struggles.
