After reading the book, I realized that I had been deceived by my manager.. This book has been applied to me and some employees literally. I believe that the laws of the book should be an explanation to the victim and should not be applied in the other side. Because in my opinion, whoever does this is literally sick or deranged.
This book is suitable as awareness and not as a type of application.. The evidence is that all laws encourage ignorance and the imposition of subordination, except for Law No. 19, which fears the conscious person (victim )and demands caution from him.
I highly recommend reading it for those who want to work in a group under a manager/director..for the first time.

This book is great, direct and shows us how people behave.
Knowing or not knowing it.
I also read that position to see if people manipulate myself. Not to using it aswell.
I disagree with some points but most of them are valid.
