Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a specific type of self-help book. I’d like to learn how to be more relaxed, and how to accept that I don’t need to be productive or improving every second of the day (i.e. to not be guilty for relaxing).
I had thought that Tired as F*ck by Caroline Dooner would fit the bill. I think the premise was right but the execution of the book wasn’t what I was looking for.
I’d love to hear what suggestions you have, so I don’t end up picking a “how to be more productive” type of book, instead of a “how to tell yourself you are enough” type of book.
