I would really love to find a fiction novel with fantasy elements that has grief as a major theme. I like YA, almost anything in fantasy and suspense. I know there’s a lot of great books about grief but I’m having difficulty finding any that are fantasy so any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness is great! The Kneebone Boy by Ellen Potter and My Diary from the Edge of the World by Jodi Lynn Anderson fit too!
