Pretty much the title, but better?
Like, I don’t want a romantasy, a book with a fantasy background that just works as scenario for a romance, y’know? I’d like a book with an actual interesting plot (preferably high fantasy/old settings, I’m not so much into modern/futuristic scenarios), well developt, with relevant side characters and good MCs! And, of course, some good romance in the middle (it can be spicy).
Would you guys have any recommendation that fits the criteria, please?
(No SJM books, FBAA and company… I can enjoy those as a fast, cozy reading, but I feel like they lack of the good/well done plot part—and even the romance part sometimes).

Warbreaker by Brandon Sanderson is a pretty good starting point
