Just watched Invincible. I know it’s based on a graphic novel series, but I prefer novels.
What are some books or series with stupidly overpowered characters. Doesn’t need to be evil.
I know there’s a whole genre of progression fantasy, but I’m not sure I’ve found something what I’m looking for.
If the character (preferably a or the protagonist) gains the superstrength/abilities and maybe immortality, that’s cool, but I don’t need the “leveling up” of e.g. Cradle.
