I’ve had kindle unlimited for the longest time, but someone recently turned me onto Scribd. Thing I don’t like about it is that I’d have to read those books on my phone.
I also use Hoopla and Libby through my local library for free, but the selections are very limited.
I’m not an avid audiobook listener, only when on long trips or driving for long distances and I can shut out the whole world otherwise I get easily distracted. I like to physically read the words with my eyes and picture what is happening. I have to focus too much when I’m listening to something.
Audible doesn’t seem like it gives too many credits so I think I can chuck that one out the window.
Are there any other ebook subscription services out there that work with kindle that I don’t know about? Any that I can link with my library card?
What’s your opinion of Scribd? Is it worth the $12 monthly or should I just stick with Kindle unlimited?
